Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid Canada Post shipping label provided via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your gear in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
